Sadoun sent me another v3000 dish mover. I already have my dish setup using my uniden 4500 as the mover and have sats saved from 87 my true south to 125 in the Uniden 4500.
I want to install the v3000 mover to use with my coolsat 5000 that I have the sats programed in and scanned. In the setup of the cs5000
I do not have the sats setup as motorized. My question is what is the best way to go about setting the v3000 up with the coolsat.
I have the c band dish pointing to sat at 87 my next to closest c band
sat. Should I go through the receiver and change every c band sat to the motorized 1.2 or just my south one then one at a time change them to 1.2? Another question is. If I go through and change them all to 1.2 and then shut every thing down and hook the v3000 gbox in place with the coolsat and turn in all on and save the current position (sat 87) and then re-synchronize them through the coolsat will that set all the sat up? Or is there a better way such as leaving the 1.2 off in coolsat and turning them on one at a time or moving the dish via the gbox and saving it or what?
Not a lot of setup help available. thanks for any input.
