Utica NY Dish Locals?

Does anyone know if Dishnetwork is using WWNY (channel 7 in Watertown NY) in the Utica DMA?

Yes it looks like WWNY is your default CBS in Utica...

I wonder why they chose to use the Watertown, NY station for CBS for Utica when the Syracuse, NY CBS affiliate covers the Utica area and has even advertised it as "CBS for Utica" in the past. Strange, but that's Dish for ya!

Syrcacuse spotbeam doesnt cover the whole Watertown & Utica DMA's

Seems like when it comes to the "fill in" stations Dish wants to reuse a channel already available to a spotbeam so they dont need to reuplink it
