Using TripleLNB dish with 5 mixed receivers possible?

Is it possible to use a triple LNB dish to hook up the following units? :

1 HDTV DVR (using 2 feeds)
2 DirecTivo units (using 2 feeds each)
2 standard receivers (1 feed each)

Since the triple LNB dish has the built in multiswitch with 4 jacks, I won't have enough feeds available for the configuration I'm looking to get. Is their a way to hook up all 5 units and get the 8 feeds needed to fully utilize each receiver?
