I have been in contact with Dish about this problem. I can not log into my account or dish anywhere on my PC or iPhone or iPad. They are telling me it is because my account used to be bundled with our former telephone company which was AT&T. It has been years since we were bundled. I don't use AT&T anymore. When I call they say this is a known problem and we are working on it. Same old song and dance. Meanwhile I can not use dish anywhere and can not login to my account for some strange reason mydish will work on my iPhone. Does anybody have this problem or clues how to get this escalated?
