I know USALS will move a motor.

1) Will that be the case also for a BUD? Will it move it using a VBox?
2) If so, I set it in antena and then it will move it based on the satellite I chose? How it know if it needs to move to right or left of the arc?

C-Band may be different but for KU band, you are on your true south and go to USALS. There is a menu that you put your latitude and longitude in…the rest fall into place :D

Cool,,,,,,,,,,,, :D Great.

I was doing it manually, I calculated about 9-10 or 11 pulses (each time I press the arrows in the Vbox for each grade difference between satellites). I was comming close or very close to find them.

Kelly,
I dont think the Vbox is USALS compatable, so i dont think it will work for you.

you are right. I enter the data but the dish did not move, too bad.

Kelly,
I tried using USALS on my vbox last night and it did not work.
