USA & SciFi east analog C-band feeds go dark on 11/15/05

They are going DCII, but I have no knowledge if they will be made available to 4DTV subs...

I guess they are trying to make room for their HD lineup.....

Any idea when? I have noticed that NPS doesn't have any problem turning off a service, but you really have to ride 'em to turn on something that you've already paid for. Meaning adding the new digital channels for the customers that have already paid for the Absolute Digital Package

I think it was John from NPS on 4dtvforum (dot) com who said the upcoming change to SciFi and USA only affected cable.

it affects c-band users too, if the analog goes dead, which is what c-band users use, then it will need to be authorized for the DC2 feed
