USA network getting cut off

When there is a commercial that Dish puts on, it makes the beginning of the show get cut off. It has been doing it for a while now and I keep missing the beginning of the show. It is mostly the budget commercial that cuts the show off the most.

Dish has had this problem on other channels in the past. Last year the NHL Network had that problem, but with a few complaints from us they got it straightened out.
