USA Dish to Cancun

Sharing time between the USA and Cancun. Would like to get English channels. Is it possible to open an account in the US and take the receiver to Cancun and install another dish to get the same service?

Yes, although not supported as technically you're supposed to only use in the US. Your locals may not work.

If you have a reliable internet service with unlimited data in Cancun, open a US account and use Dish anywhere in Cancun. Then you do not need to put up another Dish nor take receiver with you. Just use your computer, tablet or smartphone and connect them to your TV.

Last I heard, the requirement was for an 8 foot dish with special LNB arrangement to get 3 sats with that one dish, and not being even able to get all channels, so that was the setup to get Directv US in some parts of Mexico, like Mexico City and Guadalajara, not sure what dish size would be required in Cancun
