UPN and WB TV to unite as CW TV

Accroding to the news this morning and the link below UPN and WB Tv will be combined into one station CW tv.

not really. In my case I have both a UPN and WB affiliate. One of them the UPN station is owned by CBS and will become CW,the other will be an independent station. Both are still locals.
