I wouldnt hold your breath.. you would have a better chance of calling directv and asking for there hd package.

I'm way ahead of you. I ordered D* in August to supplement my E* service and haven't looked back. Though I like E*'s Voom channels, I admit I've been watching lots more D* lately with their HD channel additions, my Sunday Ticket and League Pass subscriptions. My wife is an E* fanatic, but being the big history buff she is, I got her hooked on the Smithsonian channel and now she keeps asking me to teach her to use the HR20 remote (so far I haven't ) As long as E* carries the Voom networks I'll keep a subscription (I love the Rave channel and have at least 12-14 concerts from it and HD Net stored on my external drive) but boy, is it nice to receive both services on one set. E* for concerts, D* for sports and everything else in between.
