Uplinks usually happen around 1PM EST, sometimes earlier and sometimes later.

Sorry for the explative. Here's to more national HD (TBS and USA). The full premium spectrum would be nice, but it's gonna be tough having the limited capacity and needing to keep up with D* for a while.

TCM says they are working on becoming HD.
