Wonder if that is a designation typo on WVUE? As they really don't need to re-uplink it in SD since its already on 110 in SD.

Well, well. After arguing with the DISH tech department about KBMT -NBC on channel 5192 being on their own website under Beaumont,Tx locals, they do indeed add the channel. I told them their own website listed this channel as an hd option and they told me that it was wrong and their was no new hd channel coming to the dma. I knew that they were clueless. Even worse their email site wrote me back and told me I needed a new dish. I rewrote them and asked them which one? I have many to choose from: Dish 500,Dish 1000,DISH 1000.2, 1000.4 and a side sat for any sat you want. I got them all .

Gainesville is a designated western arc DMA according to E*, so 129 is its proper location.

While I was excited for Ciel 2 to come online, now it can not come online fast enough

It is interesting though that CBS is marked where we lost CBS in December due to the contract dispute. Thankfully I do not watch much, if any, CBS.

Either way ... can't wait! It will be nice to record 3 HD shows at a time of my locals if I need to (1 OTA and 2 satellite). :up

If they want to put Gainesville locals on 129 thats fine as long as they change my dish out for free. After these they just need to add WNBW the new NBC station that just went live Jan. 1.

Looks like Eugene, Oregon will be getting HD locals, too. KVAL is even there. Wonder how the Fisher negotiations are coming, or might they be on hold pending a court case? Time will tell...
