According to a engineer at the TV station, the signed agreement was sent out a week before it expired and was probably late due to in the Christmas mail. Eric on his slate said they were being unreasonable, I guess that is a canned response, I think Dish has lost a little credibility with me anyway. Charlie likes to rattle his Saber.

That they didn't use the Post Office Christmas delivery charts ?

That they didn't want to pay more than 42 cents to get it delivered on time ?

That they didn't think of faxing a copy ?
