Upgrading from Two 301's

I currently have two 301's. One with a Series 2 TIVO and HD set,the other with an older tv,no DVR. Should I jump on the 622 bandwagon or just wait a few months and see what develops? I'd like HD but not by spending a lot of $. Any rebates for 301 users upgrading? TIA JS

Best answer is to wait until Apr 1.... I just called in tonight and they still don't have thier act together...
