Upgraded to hd-dvr

i just upgrated to a hd dvr from the standard hd reciever. I know some people have had issues with them, so on that note is there a certain hr20 i should ask for or is it just what the guy has on the truck?

You will get whatever they have on the truck that day. Both of mine were HR20-700's have been fine the last month or 2 I have had them.

Over all the issues have been cleared up for the most part.

I have one of each and the only difference I can tell is the remote on the HR20-100 has bigger keys on the remote and the HR20-100 blue circle in the front is more solid vs independant led's. Other than that both seem to function equally as good. I had some problems at first with the HR20-100 but that has since cleared up with a reset here and a reset there.
