Upgrade questions???

I am thinking about upgrading to the HD essential pak (10$) very soon with the DVR advantage (200) with locals along with it. Currently we have a 522 DVR and one dish and live in the Dallas, TX area. A few questions.

What is the best way to upgrade? Go through E* directly or a retail shop that did my dish install the first time?
Which way will I get a better deal, through retail or through E*?
When I upgrade what HD dual tuner DVR will I get a 622 or 722?
Will a new dish have to be installed for the HD channels?
Will I have to have two dishes to get the progrramming I want.

It should be the same deal no matter which way you go, but local retailers may be able to get you something extra. Also, if the local dealer did all you needed and you haven't had a problem, I'd stay with him.
