Upgrade 522 w/ larger hard drive

I have read a lot of references to putting a larger hard drive into a 522 receiver to get more recording time. I have been searching for the past 1/2 hour and cannot find any threads point to a procedure to do it or a list of hard drives that work.

Am I missing something or is this super secret information? Can someone point me to a thread (or at least the right search terms to use to get it to work)?
