Unofficially scrapped locals for louisville,Ky

Does anyone know what the deal is here? It says HD local chanells are unofficially scrapped. What gives, They said they were coming this quarter.

I guess BFG is calling all the local Dish showed on their original presentation but havn't yet uplinked somewhere as unofficialy scrapped.

This is information I received from a programming coordinator at one of the Burlington Vt DMA affiliates when I asked when we might see their HD feed added to the Dish LiLs:

"Satellite companies will have to build their own facilities at our site to be able to carry the local channels in HD over their feeds. You would have to contact DirecTV or Dish Network to find out their timeline for that."
