Unable to upgrade programming package online.

Tried to upgrade to AT250 or any other core package online. This is what I get.. it removes my autopay/equipment/Netflix discounts and takes away my core programming package all together… leaves me Mivie pack though.. Anyone else does the same? Also I still have nothing up the offers section ..

The site is all wonky right now.

I see the site is having issues today. It must have been going on for a few days now. I tried for the last few days to upgrade package online or using my Hopper 3 with no success. Maybe once they get this issue resolved it will have also resolved my ongoing issues. I may just end of calling them to make the change. The family is wanting to upgrade. Thanks for the input.
