I have one of the new 4K tv i also have netflick streaming and has my tv is on netflick list to get ultra hd. So this is what i going to ask will ultra hd pass-through a Denon 5308ci or a OPPO blu-ray player.

Nope. What are you trying to do? If your TV has NF 4K, you'll run audio out of your TV to the receiver for surround sound.
