AZBOX Ultra 9.5402 Recording Time Problem

My Ultra, running 9.5402 with hardware acceleration set 'off' records at the correct time and for the set length of time but doesn't make available the record time with the saved file. During playback, the time reads 0 of 0 so there is no option to advance, stop/continue or replay. It will only start at the beginning and play to the end. If stopped it starts back at the beginning. Can anyone suggest a solution? I have reinstalled the firmware, formatted the disk and reset the system, all to no avail. Everything else works well.

I have only noticed this problem with the new PBS mux (12180) on 125W, both HD and SD channels on the mux. I first noticed it with an earlier version (5400) of the firmware, and when I backed down to 5306, the same thing occurred. Haven't seen the same thing happen (that I recall) on any of the other channels that I receive. Just ran a quick test of some other channels (mainly HD), and it is only on that PBS mux that it happens.

It's the only one we ever record. Haven't even tried others as it never occurred to me.
