Ultimate TV vs. R15

Had a customer Today ask me about the difference in the two.

Has anyone had both? If so what did you like about the two the most and which one do you think is better.

I told him to watch the forum for any replies.

my brother in law was given an ultimate system as a tip, he absolutly loves it. i have a tivo r-10 and i love mine.

ive put in sixteen R-15s to date and SIX!!! were defective in some way.
