Hi, I'm new to this forum and I'm having a problem with a "New" remote that I bought on ebay. It won't control the receiver. I got it programed to work my TV-2 in my bedroom, but it can't do anything (change channels, turn the TV-2 tuner on, or anything by UHF)
I have a 322 DP duel tuner receiver. I have the UHF remote that came with
the receiver, and it works fine. Is there a way to reprogram the remote to
control the receiver? Any help would be appreciated in advanced.
PS- This forum has got loads of information on satellite stuff, I love it!

Thanks a Lot,

First, make sure the remote you received has a blue tab on the bottom labeled "2 UHF Pro". Next you will have to go to the system info screen to find out what your remote address is for TV2. You can access the system info screen by pressing menu-6-1-3. On the bottom of the screen you will see the addresses for both tv1 and tv2. Once you get the remote address, press and hold the "sat" button, enter the number followed by # and test the remote.

I just wanted to say thanks for the help.... the remote works just fine now! I learned
something new today.
Thanks Again,
