Also, the OP has done what is seemingly becoming more common in that she simultaneously posted an identical post on multiple forums. (This thread's subject matter is not some sort of time-critical emergency.)
What invariably seems to happen when this is done is that when the OP gets an answer that he or she accepts, she'll drop the matter. This leaves the persons following the thread at other forums not seeing the result that the OP received elsewhere.
Taking this specific thread, there was at least one piece of info given to the OP that was in error on each of two threads.
It would seem better form to post a question in one forum and if no satisfactory answer is received, next try a different forum.
Recently we had an OP that had simultaneously posted in about six forums, including here and at forums not Satellite based. In the final analysis, the OP left Dish and went to another provider (At least that was his claim.
) and did not update the threads at some of the other locations.
