Just to add to the conversation, my daughter who has Comcast CableTV, sees similar speed reduction between her Comcast X1 and her Vizio TV..... I don't think it's a Hopper issue at all.I don't know. MattG is aware of the issue but haven't heard back from him.

Sad as I worked with him greatly to get DIRT setup. When we first started talking DISH did not want us to talk and when I went to Denver FORBID him to meet with me in Person.
Obviously our relationship has gotten much better since then.
well i do not know whats going on i tried using DTS playfi this morning using iheart radio and it sounds likes someone or music talking so slow when you use pandora or any other services they are fine it is just iheart radio on dts playfi. could someone please check into what is going on thanks
That's a great question. I'm going to post it on the portalI wonder if Netflix is somehow using a USB network emulator to get its Network connection? Since its an app which does not have access to many of the features of the Hopper directly I wonder if there is some kind of emulation inbetween causing the speed issues.

My H3 has U517.
Went to the software upgrade screen and clicked on upgrade software.
Said it might take 30 minutes.
After about 2 minutes it rebooted and came back up still at U517.
You have to let it reboot and then leave it alone for a while.
