U332 new software release for the hopper 3

Not necessarily...the Echostar programmers as of late seem to think that MORE options is a bad thing. Case in point, reducing the number of FF and REW speed options when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the speeds or how the functions operated.

Nothing they release is 100%. That's why all DISH customers are Beta Testers.

Red button, Select, will get you there. You do have to move your finger once but I don't see that as a biggie...

Part of this whole "Accessibility" compliance is making access to the various settings real easy. In fact, I think Dish's 52.0 remote would be in violation as the act requires a "button" for enabling closed-captioning. They did it with the 40.0 remote. If someone complains about the 52, I suspect Dish will ship them a 40.0.

Honestly, the new 52.0 remote gives no new functionality that I can think of off-hand.

Is the "Accessibility" menu and functions available in this update ?

Yes, after I got the update this afternoon all my menus and guide were huge. Even the "receiver off" screen was huge. I finally found that "magnification" was turned on under the Accessibility menu.

good evening my friends i have a request for dish to work on something with the youtube app when you try to play a video after about 20 to 30 seconds the audio seems to dropout i want to let you know about it.,

software fixed my ehd's but broke my ota reception. dongle was functioning fine before update now its as if it doesnt register. all my ota channels diappeared and are not found under any of the channel list options

I have an H3 install this Thursday.
Im going to be pissed if the H3 has Netflix issues.
My 2 hopper 2 Joey setup Never had any Netflix issues.
And thats with the CUI.

Unless you are using an optical cable, Netflix never had Dolby 5.1.....
