Sorry, I just don't buy that (1) person can have so many repeated problems with different pieces of equipment. Something else is at fault....

Nobody at Dish has ever called me a liar and I do not appreciate you essentially doing just that. Dish never challenged the problems I have had after techs have come to my house and concluded a failed hard drive on two of those five Hoppers I have had.
