no it isn't. WLUCDT2 (Fox UP) is owned by Barrington (soon to be sinclair). There is a low powered translator of WLUK Green Bay in Marquette (straight translator) and that was due to no Fox affiliate there for years until Equity put WMQF there (that station went belly up and is now WZMQ).
So again the ONLY Marquette station that is a satellite of a Green Bay station is the CBS there (its a semi satellite of the CBS in Green Bay)
what does Alpena have to do with Marquette other than the guy who owns the ABC & CW in Marquette also owns the only commercial station in Alpena (WBKB)?
Hey by the way...Marks also owns KXGN in Glendive, MT (the only station in that market)...so I guess in your world they're tied together somehow

On September 4, 2012, WLUK's signal was withdrawn by Charter Communications systems in the Upper Peninsula and Marquette. This was due not to either the station or LIN removing access to the station, but contractual agreements by the Fox network itself which disallow signal duplication of network programming by an out-of-market signal despite the station's longtime service to each area, a source of controversy already in other duplicative market areas in the past.
