Two new Apple iPhone models coming next quarter, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to launch as soon as July?

Nothing really new on the 5S Smartphone, and the (probably not for US) Cheapphone. 
They'll likely happen between July & October, as always.
Gotta appeal to all those shoppers with Xmas dollars to spend, so don't roll 'em out too early.
I'm way more surprised Samsung thinks they need a Note 3!
Was there anything wrong with Note 1? (or 2?)
If anyone just -has- to upgrade, I'll take your old one, even with a cracked screen.
Need to see if that size phone screen will keep me from buying a tablet.
