We have seen a couple major issues with our Original Hopper recently and I haven't seen anyone else post about these, so I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issues.
Has anyone else been seeing these same issues??
- The more troublesome issue is that when we press the DVR button 3 times to get to the Daily Schedule, the screen goes black and never displays the actual schedule. When we were on 234, an error message used to pop up that said something like 'this feature is not yet active' and then it would just jump back to live TV. Now that we are on 238, it appears to have gotten worse and it locks up on the black screen and either we have to red button reset it or it reboots on it's own. This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it seems like we can continually repeat it even after it reboots. This happened four times to me this morning. I have had better luck getting to the Daily Schedule by pressing the DVR button once and then pressing the Red button and selecting Daily Schedule from the list, but even this sometimes fails.
- The second thing is is that we are setting timers for shows as only new and then lets say that the initial airing is at 9 pm and there is a conflict at that time, but it repeats at 12 am, but it is skipping the 12 am airing as not being new. This has never been a problem before and it always used to catch the later airing automatically and record it, now it seems like we have to manually correct this or they will be skipped altogether.
Has anyone else been seeing these same issues??
