Two H21 Questions

I had to replace my H20 with an H21 and have a couple of questions. I have my H21 connected to my Pioneer 91 receiver via HDMI. Is it normal to have about a 5 second delay in the picture appearing when I switch channels between HD and SD channels? My Pioneer's HDMI light flashes during this change.
My second question deals with connecting the H21 to the tv in my bedroom. With my H20 I had a cable go from the Off Air In to a RF demodulator, then by a cable to my other tv. The H21 only has Satellite in. Any solutions to this problem? Thanks,

question 1 turn native mode off. just set your resolution to 1080i. i hate this feature. makes channel changing slow.

question 2 the am21 isn't compatible yet with the h21. as soon as a software update fixes this issue you'll be able to purchase this item from directv for $50 or less. just ask for a possible discount. i got one for $25 while some got it free. never hurts to ask.
