Two 6.4 IR/UHF Remotes, Neither Works with DVR 612, Need Help

My 612 came with a 6.3 remote,it says IR/UHF on back and the tab on front says UHF Pro. I has always worked on UHF

Please look at your Sys Info screen and see if it looks like this with regard to the "i" field. A photo would be super.

Two more things:

1. If you press 6 > 1 from the menu screen, do you have "TV1 UHF Pro Setup" at menu 6, I don't.
2. What is your software version?

Thinking all 612's are not the same.
