Twins vs Indians on STO

I fell asleep today during the Yankee / Boston Game, but did wake in time to watch the Indian / Twins game, and was a tad confused when I saw the uniforms being worn. They look rather "old fashion" to me, and I'm hoping some one that watched the game can answer this.

At first I thought I was watching a Farm Game.

The Indians are wearing uniforms that say "CLEVELAND" and in the runner below in red it says "BULLDOGS." The Twins are wearing a whole bunch of letters on their jerseys, STPG, one letter on top of another, and their caps read "St PG."

Did I miss important info at the beginning of the game?

I'd bet Ice could answer this, and I thought of just sending him a PM, but thought, what the heck, someone else may have noticed the same thing, so I asked the question here

Might find out on the Twins website, sounds like some kind of throwback game where the players wear the original team jerseys.

The Twins wore a uniform of the Negro League from 1908, and I just read the wiki story of the original Indians (Bulldogs).

Wonder if they made them out of the original material used back then? Man, they were bound to be hot to wear.
