I'm in the process of setting up my first HTPC. I've a friend at MS that has supplied me with a copy of MCE '05 and I'll be using an ATI Wonder Elite for recording off cable. He's recommend that I add an HDTV wonder card for over-the-air hd reception/recording.

I'd like to add a Tibwin 102g to this system for FTA reception. I know that I probably wont be able to use media center with this, but was wondering if anyone had a similar setup and had any advice. Would I run into any problems recording simultaneously from three different sources? Can I run two PVR programs at the same time? TIA!

I run MCE2005 with a Hauppauge 500MCE dual tuner OTA card and a Nexus-S, I don't use the Nexus for MCE and it doesn't conflict with the cable tuner at all.
As long as your HDDs are up to speed, have a decent amount of CPU power and have enough memory you should be fine, MCE will ignore any unused/incompatible tuners.
