Directv doesn't have some sort of "we will pay your termination fees to switch" ?

they give you gift cards that will cover most if not all etf expenses, depending on length of contract left. as in my case im still out of pocket for some of my dish etf. which i think is unfair given my circumstances and evidence against them. thus my filing with the bbb and my state ag. etf or not, its a relief to be away from dish right now.
