Tv settings problem.

My tv is having a problem when it comes to stripes and lines. It seems that the stuff that is striped is moving and changing colors. I watch a lot of golf and a lot of the shirts do this thing where it looks like it's having trouble focusing. It doesn't do it for hours on end but at some distances it does it. Is it my receiver or my tv? What setting do I play with on my tv to fix this? Thanks.

That is more than likely your TV. Do you have another TV in the house to double check? It could be your picture tube going. How old is the TV, also?
