Just out of curiosity, why does Dish not have TV One at all? Was there a contract dispute or something?

A couple of years ago I asked Charlie Ergen personally. His answer: Too expensive.

I keep getting annoying phone calls and letters from DishNetwork that my equipment is out of date.
