I Activated a (new...yes!!!) subscriber on the DSR-410 on Sunday and SRL said Motorola had some issues that would be resolved by Monday on TV land. I never lost it on my 410. (figure what affects 410's now affects 4D units, since we share the HITS feeds for subscription, now.) Must be it only affected some people. SRL was good about telling us of a possible issue, and very quick on the phone considering how busy they are these days.
