tv apps not working

i have a hr22 hooked up to the internet, but tvapps don't work when i hit the right arrow button. do i have to install the latest CE?

Doe the box pass the network test under network/advanced setup? In the same test there's also the network services test, sometimes just trying that wakes it up. Also, in your router config see if you have an option for UPnP and enable that if it isn't and see if that helps.

Connection is fine. I was using DirecTV2PC and VOD earlier
