TV 2 Sat signal fuzzy

I have a DUO receiver that provides satellite to one local TV and then back feeds to a second TV. I also have an OTA that feeds both TV's along the same wires.

TV 1 works fine, TV 2 gets fuzzy satellite picture. TV 2 OTA channels are good and clear.

OTA has a preamp.
A satellite inline amp did no good.

I am also using an A/B switch on the "21-69" output of the receiver to get my OTA and satellite to TV 2 or the OTA to TV 1...

Any suggestions?

Disconnect the OTA input just to test the signal. The OTA signal might be killing the TV2 signal.
