Turbo HD system upgrade

I currently have a 522 receiver and and wish to upgrade to HD. I want to have two HD receivers to have HD available on two TV's. It looks to me that a Vip722 and and a Vip 222 would do the trick. TV's are up stairs and down stairs of each other and have 4 r6 cables running between then and one cat 5 cable. Any other ideas and how to negotiate the cheapest deal with dish?

If it's "Two HDTV" systems, then what you describe is spot on! If it were just 1 HDTV and 1 SDTV, then a single 722 would do it all.
