Trying to record from Voom Box Help!!!! Quick

hey all I am trying to record tonights game from the voom box onto my vcr. I know lame not up on the latest recording technology yet. Right now I have run a coax out of the tv out and it looks like crap all snowy though i can see the picture. Any advice the flyers start in an hour. Thanks

Run the composite outputs from the Voom box to the inputs on your VCR. If you are using the coax from your VCR to the TV, tune your TV to channel 3 or 4 depending on how you have your VCR setup and put the VCR on whatever channel your "line in" is on.

Try running the composite video out if the STB also has RCA audio outs. If not make sure you set the STB to output 480i and use the coax straight from the STB to the VCR.
