It may not make sense to you but it happened. The RU and smart card numbers on 3 out of four of his boxes were not in the Dish computers and could not be authorized. It was also happening to another installer from the same company at the same time. They finally had to try another joey on another truck. That one worked and They will drop it off sometime this week.
They also would not allow them to change the work order. My installer was great. It was his first installer install and was happy that I was not freaking out while they were trying to solve the problem.
