Troubleshooting question for Sony TV experts(KDL-46XBR4).

Hi. Just purchased a KDL-46XBR4. Everything is great except for this one problem. Anytime I try to scan in channels, it will scan in analog (finds 22), then it starts to scan for digital signals. It makes it half way (finds 15), then the scan stops, the TV shuts itself down, turns itself back on to the last channel or output it was at and looses all of the info it just scanned. Anyone have any idea??

This is a great site site for all things Sony, including tips and problems with your set. The site has a very large database of tips and repairs on all makes and models. Try it out and hopefully it will help..
