triple lnb picking up sat 129

I have a Trip lnb 3 phase 18 x 20 directtv dish for sale on ebay. Someone asked me if this dish will pick up sat 129. He is located in Ottawa, ontario. what sattelites can he pick up with this dish at his location. I don't want to just assume.. thanks for any help you can provide.

It will pickup 101/110/119. If he wants it for 129 he is trying to get Dish network, hopefully in a sem-legal way (canadian)

so if I sell this dish to him and he wants sat 129 for dish network will he be able to get it? Is it compatible with dish net?
