I have a triple LNB with built in multiswitch, when installed i only had the need for one cable as I only have one satellite receiver. I have recently upgraded my receiver to the HR-10 - 250 with Tivo and to fully enjoy being able to record one program while watching another I need two satellite inputs. I really do not want to have to make a another cable run so is it possible to install a multiswith on the single cable run that I have and then run two inputs to the receiver. I have an off air antenna but it is not being routed through the multiswitch and is connected directly to the receiver. Is it possible to do this or am I stuck with another cable run?

You will have no choice but to make another cable run unless you invest in a stacker/destacker setup, but that's pricey.
