Trimax and Shaw

Hi Guys
I have a trimax 2200 and want to line up Shaw Anik F1R 107 & Anik F2 111. I know that the trimax can't lock in on Shaw, but can I use it to lock onto something on Anik F1R 107 ?
And if I can what settings would I use ? Transponder, tip sample rate??? Also since The Shopping Chaneel on Shaw Direct is free acording to LyngSat at 11837 V. Will my trimax meter pick this up?
Could I use a fta reciever and the Shaw dish to lock in the birds and if so again what settings???

Why not use the Shaw Direct Receiver instead of messing with an FTA box.?

Lyngsat will have all the settings for the TP with the "In the Clear" channels, surely.

There are some news feeds on 107.3 but they are not always there
