Tried to scan 74 and 79 today

it got to dark around 5:30 to continue and the game was on so I stoped.
On scaning 74w I wnet to the " List" and got the TP # and then went to manual scan put in that tp and started to look for the signal. I got it ( S 97% Q78% ) went back to setting and checked the same went to blind scan ( 11700 - 12200 ) found 3 tv stations.

On 79w same thing went to List got TP went to manual scan input tp and to look for signal. Found it ( S 97% Q 75% ). Went to setup and I had ( S 94% Q 3or4% all red ) went to blind scan and scan anyway I got 12 tv channels. Alot of OTB and one Miami channel.

question is did I just scan to early for anything to be showing or is something else wrong.

Sounds about right for a superbowl sunday lol. If you were looking for the game, I don't know if they had any feeds on those 2 sats for it. NBC uses AMC6, AMC9,AMC1 for a lot of things..with no hot news stories or other sports in progress at that time, sounds about right for those two birds. Enjoy the horse racing, all but one of those channels is usually scrambled.
