Tried to change hoppers/ stuck on 833 and then resets+

am trying to upgrade from regular hopper to sling hopper and apparently I did something wrong along the way because now the hopper screen cycles through resetting and then switch configuration and then network table checking and then resetting again. Any help or suggestions appreciated!
