Traxis 1500

Hey guys. I have a traxis 1500 and have forgot the code for it. Does anyone know how to set the code back to default?

Under system settings look for factory defaults.

Its locked and I can't get in at all. The whole box is locked. It comes up to enter code right away when the box is turned on. What steps do I need to do to get it to go back to default?

press 0000 then ok key, it should work, if not contact DMSI for help.

Ok guys I understand what you are telling me. But the thing is some one else owned this box before it got to me and they changed the code and put the code on the box too so when you just turn it on it asks for the code. I can't get into any menu until I enter the code or reset it some how. If I open it up is there a jumper or something to clear the flash or something?

Go to the DMSI website and look for a cable & software. Maybe you can re-flash the box. I use a 3500 so I am not that familiar with the 1500.

Ok I talked to Lance from DMSI and he said the only way to get into the box if you don't know the code is to reflash it. Also I have a question. What cable do I need to use to reflash it. The null or straight cable?

The 3500 uses Null. Maybe the 1500 is the same. Good luck.
